The course provides an explanation and critical assessment of the major issues and stages of pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical development. Topics covered include drug discovery, preclinical development, clinical investigation, manufacturing considered for small and medium molecules, and Regulatory issues, economic and financial considerations of the drug development process. Faculty representing clinical, life and management sciences provide a comprehensive perspective
