The following are how to apply fo schoparship programs on 2nd semester, 2024. Please apply before due date to get the scholarship.

주의사항을 숙지하지 않아 장학금에서 탈락하거나 불이익이 있는 경우 본인의 책임입니다

Read carefully below and you are responsible for all problems caused by not reading this notice.

2024.9월 신입생 장학금은 하계 방학 중에 접수 예정임

 Application of scholarship for freshmen will be started from July

1. 신청대상: 2024학년도 2학기 교내장학금을 받고자 하는 대학원생 

2. 신청기간(Period): 2024. 5. 28.(화) ~ 2024. 6. 17.(월) 18:00

3. 제출서류(document): 가족관계증명서 및 소득 관련 증빙서류  * 종합소득세 대상자, 사실증명원 대상자 등 

   7월 이후 소득자료 제출 가능한 자는 7월 이내에 제출 가능

4. 신청방법: 모든 절차를 완료하여야 접수 완료됨(Please follow the instruction below(1~3), you need to complete all the procedure)

   ① Mysnu 포털에서 장학금 신청(Apply for the scholarship on MySNU Portal)

     - 마이스누 학사정보 > 장학 > 신청/현황 > 장학신청 목록에서 '교내장학금' 신청

   ② Google form으로 장학금 신청양식 작성(​Submit scholarship form via google form)

   ③ 소득증빙 자료 제출(Submit certificate of income)

     - 소득금액이 있는 경우: 소득금액증명원(민원24) / 소득이 없는 경우: 사실증명원(홈택스 발급 가능) 제출

     - 소득합산 대상 범위의 모든 대상자의 소득증빙을 제출하여야 함

     - 특별한 사유(연락 두절 등) 없이 일부 구성원의 증빙을 제출하지 않는 경우 고소득자로 추정하여 장학금 선발 시 불이익을 받을 수 있음

       * 모든 서류의 좌상단에 학과-학번-이름 기재할 것(누락방지를 위함)

       * 제출처: MySNU 포털 및 구글 시트(누락 방지를 위해 두 곳 모두에 서류 업로드) 

   ③-2 Submit certificate of income

     - if your parents are in Korea: 소득금액증명원 or 사실증명원, if they are not in Korea: Certificate from your country's government

     - You: if you have any income: 소득금액증명원, if you have no income: 사실증명원

       * Please write down your department, student ID, name on the upside of all the documents.

       * Please upload your certificate of income both mySNU and Google form
